We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we've upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for UK, ES, DE & AU customers!
1.For UK (from Jul. 20, 2018) and US customers (from Aug. 3, 2018), the shipping time has been shortened to 7-15 business days for Flat Rate Shipping (it was 10-25 business days before this upgrading);
2.For France, Spain, Germany & Australia customers(from Jul. 26, 2018) , the shipping time has been shortened to 8-18 business days for Flat Rate Shipping (it was 10-25 business days before this upgrading);
3.From Aug. 3, 2018, customers can enjoy FREE FLAT RATE SHIPPING on orders over USD$49 (shipping cost excluded). The order amount for free shipping has been increased due to the rise of shipping cost, which is out the consideration of providing better service and faster delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
1.The new shipping system takes effect from Jul. 20 2:00 CDT and Jul 26 2:00 CDT, and the orders before this will still be shipped out with our old shipping system. Practically, we ensure 95% of the orders delivered in time. For some remote places, it may take a bit longer.
2.All packages have specific tracking information.

1.Shipping From Europe Warehouse to European countries: 3-6 business days.
2.You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
3.Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability.
Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.

For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
We high recommend that customers purchase a shipping insurance during the check out for peace of mind when waiting for their package.
Kindly note that all packages are shipped from Rosegal Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country's Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.
A tax ID number is required from Argentinian customers who select expedited shipping during the check-out. Please be sure to fill in your tax ID to avoid any clearance problems or delivery failures. Please refer the screen-shot below.
