This is so fun -- I love anime and this reminds me of some of their outfits. I ordered this once size larger than I needed and so it fits a little baggy. Go with what you know -- The materials is mixed -- one side seems almost silky an the otherside is a soft polyester. More of a long shirt to me --- but could easily be worn as a mini if you are bold enough. Great purchase.
