this skirt is very nice and flowy, not totally solid though.. I thought it was a cotton skirt but its polyster but it's perfect for summer. Comes with attached belt but you can't really adjust it. Im about 5'2 and this skirt goes to my ankles. It's a nice colour.

The material isn't what I had expected it to be, but has a nice cool feel to it. It flows nicely. There is an attached belt. I am disappointed, however, on the workmanship of the skirt. There were loose threads all over the skirt and the tie for the belt wasn't even looped through.
