I ordered a large because I was worried about Asian sizing, but it was similar to US sizing and it was a little big on me. The belt I'm wearing in the photo doesn't come with it. Would probably be best for B-C-cup-ish sizes. Works well also with a crinoline skirt underneath. Material is thin, wrinkles easily, synthetic, but it was very cheap. Zipper in back; overall, happy with this one.
