Boots look just as they do online ~ beautiful color and style. The heel could be a bit higher and chunkier as it would fit the shoe better ... the heel looks too small for the shoe but it still works. Very cute and comfortable. My only complaint was that they come from China so it takes a LONG time to receive the shipment ~ expect 8-9 weeks from the time you order.
